Free Summer Concerts Carolina Beach Offers free concerts during the summer season. Bring your blanket and chair and come sit outside and enjoy some music and the late summer afternoon breeze. Anyone over the age of 16 is required to purchase a CFRL, however if you already have a lifetime freshwater license you do not have to purchase the new coastal waters license. You also do not need to purchase the new license if you are fishing from a pier or charter boat.
