We will be closed for December and January. We will start taking reservations for the 2012 season starting the first full week of February. 

Email quotes will start back at the first of February as well.

Discounts Available for the 2011 Season  

              * 8% for AAA, AARP or Active Military (must have current card to receive discount)

              *10% if you stay four or more consecutive nights.

              *12% if you stay for seven or more consecutive nights

Discounts not available on Holidays and can not be combined with any other discount.

Discounted rates available if you stay during the week Sunday through Thursday.

The Beach House Inn caters to families and couples, and we take pride in operating a clean, quiet, friendly place. To ensure an enjoyable stay for all our guests, our policies are:

• Children 15 years and under stay free in parents’ room (first 2 children, 3rd charged as an adult).
• Guests must be 25 years or older, or a married couple (we do make exceptions for young families).
• Young people under age limit must be accompanied by a parent.
• Sorry but we don’t accept any pets.
• All rooms have an occupancy limit. This limit includes children. (see rooms and suites page for details)

The Beach House Inn is a favorite at Carolina Beach.  Be sure to reserve early for holidays! We have a 3-night minimum for summer reservations, Memorial Day and Labor Day  weekends. July 4th holiday has a 4-night minimum. Off-season weekend minimums may vary between 2 to 3 nights. If you are interested in shorter stays feel free to call we may be able to fit you in between other reservations.

All reservations with us are subject to a deposit. We charge the first night plus the tax to hold the reservation. Our cancellation policy depends on the time of year you make a reservation. During the summer we have a three week cancellation notice and during the off-season we have a one week cancellation notice. If you cancel your reservation you will forfeit your deposit if it is past the cancellation period for your reservation. All cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee of $15 regardless of when you cancel.
